The Whole Tortilla prides itself on providing you tasty, wholesome, 100% natural tamale pies and salsas. No preservatives, stabilizers or additives are added to our products. Due to their perishable nature, our foods are made weekly and frozen immediately to preserve their freshness.

All items are PERISHABLE. Our tamale pies are fully cooked, immediately frozen, and packed in dry ice at time of delivery or pickup. The salsas are cold packed. Please put them into a refrigerator or freezer upon arrival. Tamale pies will keep for several months in the freezer and 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator. Salsas also freeze well and last up to 14 days in the refrigerator.

Deliveries and Pickups
Local deliveries to the immediate San Francisco Bay Area and pickups can be arranged Monday through Friday. Delivery charges are based on your location.

Shipping – Coming Soon!
We will take orders throughout the week. Orders placed during the week ship on the following Monday. Shipping and handling charges will be based on the weight of your order and your zip code.
